This is a commercial project that involves the extension and change of use of a grade II listed building within the an Brewery Campus.

The objective of the project is to diversify the business by creating a brand new drinking establishment on a prime high street location.

My role was that of Assistant Architect, contributing to the design and progression of the project through producing drawings, feasibility studies and coordinating designs with heritage, fire and engineering consultants.

The project is currently submitted to for planning approval with determination in late April 2025.

Softwares used during this project include Sketchup, Enscape, Vray, AutoCAD, Photoshop Illustrator and Revit.
