The project relates to an extension of an existing house, through the construction of a two storey side extension with additional front and rear dormers.

The proposal includes fully glazed gable which accommodates a large kitchen, dinning space and a master bedroom on the first floor. Remodelling of the dwelling created and additional living accommodation bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms.

I have been contributing to this project since the very beginning and have been apart of the project from start to finish.

My contributions involve designing of the contemporary glass gable and internal layout changes, as well as assisting in securing a c.70% increase to the original building footprint, through the creation of several planning drawings and documents.

In coordination with a team, planning permission was successfully obtained.
We were also successful in reinstating the properties permitted development rights, which were originally absent.

Softwares used during this project included Sketchup, Enscape and AutoCAD.
